Project Description
Scope of the $20 million project included the construction of 186 single family detached homes in the Sylmar neighborhood of Los Angeles; the homes were built to three general plans. Estimating included full construction from foundation to roof, with all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. The scope of work included masonry foundation, framing, insulation, windows and doors, drywall, exterior stucco work, finish carpentry, and painting, as well as site improvement.
