Project Description
Scope of the $5.3 million project included the renovation and tenant fit-out to reclaim 50,000 sf vacated space on the 8th floor of an existing federal office courthouse. The effort included special security features and processes related to work on an active federal judicial facility.
Project Highlights
- Shell Base Bid (6,709 SF). Renovation of shell areas, including corridors and other shared space.
- Shell Additive (1,878 SF). Retrofit of a portion of the tenant floor space to be converted into shell space.
- Tenant Improvements (41,461 SF). Build-out of the tenant space including high security partition assemblies, sound insulation and hush kits in acoustical ceilings and walls, floor coverings, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and finishes.
