Project Description
Scope of this $9 million project included the construction of a new, 5-story, 34 unit apartment building (37,213 sf) and three levels of subterranean garage (17,200 sf) with 48 parking stalls. In total, this 8-story structure of 54,413 sf included single, 1, and 2 bedroom apartments. The project also includes site improvements, landscaping and irrigation, and hardscape. The total site area is approximately 13,853 sf, and construction would include the demolition of an existing 1,044 sf house and grading the existing site.
