Project Description
Scope of the $2.9 million project included the construction of a new, 5-story, 10 unit apartment building, with basement and first level parking. The project also includes site improvements, landscaping and irrigation, and hardscape. The scope of work included estimating and analysis of general requirements, sitework, concrete and masonry, doors and windows, and plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, among others.
