Project Description
Design/Build construction for the Olive View Psychiatric Urgent Care Building, an $8.3 million project. Our staff prepared milestone cost estimate reports during the design phase for the program management team. This required quantity take-offs, pricing research, and applied appropriate contractor mark-ups, escalation, and contingencies.
